Newport News Police need your help to solve a recent attempted robbery.

On October 12, 2014, at 10:41 PM an unknown man entered the Sunoco Gas Station located at 15215 Warwick Blvd. and robbed the store at gunpoint. We need your help to identify the robbery suspect and bring him to justice.

The black male entered the business wearing an army fatigue jacket, grey pants, black/grey/white Nike Air Jordan’s, a black bandanna or mask partially covering his face, produced a black revolver, and demanded money. The man was described as 5′7″-5′9″ tall, with a brown complexion, and slim build. The suspect grabbed cash and one pack of Newport cigarettes then fled on foot towards Susan Constant Dr.
