Individuals who wish to provide home-based care (companion) services to the elderly or to adults with disabilities can apply to become agency certified vendors.
Protective Services are provided to end abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation by investigating complaints and providing the protection the adult requires.
Services are provided to keep adults in their homes and to assist with out-of-home placement when appropriate.
Eligible families in need of child care services are referred to licensed or certified providers. The agency provides training opportunities for family child care homes.
Donations of food, clothing, furniture, and household items are gladly accepted and directed to people in need. Alternatively, your monetary donations can be used to send a child to summer camp or help a parent along the way to self-support.
These services include budget counseling and coordination of community resources to prevent eviction and utility cutoff, or to obtain emergency food, shelter, clothing, or medications.
Services are provided for families to prevent family violence, family breakdown, child neglect and/or abuse, and other crises as well as strengthening the ability of families to function independently.
