Budget & Evaluation

The Department of Budget and Evaluation prepares and manages the city's annual operating budget and five-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). The annual operating budget is adopted prior to June 15 and is effective from July 1 to June 30. The annual CIP is adopted in January and is effective from July 1 to June 30.
