Access Waterworks Account
Access Your Waterworks Account.
Quick and Easy. Convenient and Secure. No Fees.
Save time using Waterworks’ online account management! You can quickly access your Waterworks account to view your bill, check your balance due, check your current due date, or confirm when your last payment was received. You can choose from a variety of online payment options, and even sign up to pay your bill automatically by Direct Debit.
Payment transactions are conducted through Waterworks’ partner, Link2Gov Corporation. Waterworks and Link2Gov use 128-bit encryption to protect your transactions, so you know it’s safe and secure.
The first time you log on you will set up a user name and password for your account. Once you have enrolled, you can access your account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Register now for 24-hour online access to your account! You must have an online account to participate in eBilling.
eBill Registration
No More Paper…It's a "Green" Thing.
Waterworks now has a paperless billing option (eBill). You will need to let us know to switch you from a paper bill to an eBill. If you already have an online account with us, just Log In to your account with your user id and password. If not, follow the link Register Now to set up your online account.
Once logged on — Go to the Customer Data tab and scroll down until you see “Your Profile” box.
(1) Click on the “Process” box.
(2) Click in the Email box and a check should appear.
(3) Click Save. It is that easy!
Then every two months you will receive an email notification that your eBill is ready for viewing. Please insure you update your email address to the one you want your email notification sent to.
The notification provides a secure link to our online web services. You will log in and be able to view your bill. While in your online account, you can also pay the bill.
If you chose to go paperless with us, you can still read the most current “Straight from the Tap” newsletter and receive your annual Water Quality Report. Your eBill notification will also provide links to these important bill inserts.
