Rates and Fees - Waterworks
Water rates as of July 1, 2011: Water for residential, commercial and industrial purposes shall be metered and charged for every one hundred cubic feet (HCF) or used. One HCF equals 748 gallons.
Single-metered Residential (bi-monthly billing)
Low Usage Lifeline rate is $2.89 for the first 6 HCF used.
Normal Use rate is $3.32 for >6 to 50 HCF used.
Conservation rate is $6.64 for >50 HCF used.
Industrial (monthly billing)
First Tier rate is $3.32 for >0 to 40,000 HCF used.
Second Tier rate is $2.89 for >40,000 HCF used.
General Rate (monthly accounts – commercial, business, institutional and military)
All usage is $3.32 per HCF.
