Pay in PersonYou are always welcome to visit us at either of our two walk-in Customer Service Centers, located at 700 Town Center Drive and 2600 Washington Avenue, both in Newport News. We’re open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also find convenient payment drop boxes at these locations.
