You can pay your water bill using your credit card or debit card from MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Just have your card and your 12-digit account number handy.

Automatic Payment Option

Take the hassle out of paying your bill. Never worry about due dates, writing checks, or making late payments. Simply enroll in Newport News Waterworks’ Direct Debit Program to have your bills paid automatically, directly from your bank account.

Pay Online by Check

Save money on postage by paying your bill online directly from your checking account. Just have your 12-digit account number and your checkbook handy.

Pay in Person

You are always welcome to visit us at 700 Town Center Drive, open M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 2400 Washington Avenue (City Hall Treasurer's Office), open M-F from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can also find convenient payment drop boxes at these locations.
