Pay Your Real Estate Tax
You can pay your real estate tax either in person or online.
Payment Methods
In-Person
In-person payments may be made by cash, check, cashiers check, money order or credit card (Discover only for in-person).
Locations
Offices are located at 2400 Washington Avenue (City Hall Annex) and at 12912 Jefferson Avenue (former DMV building). Hours for both locations are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Drop Box
If you wish to pay after hours, both locations have a drop box. The drop box for 2400 Washington Avenue is located by the main entrance. The drop box for 12912 Jefferson Avenue is located by the drive-thru. Please pay by check, money order or cashiers check (no cash) with the account(s) clearly marked that you wish to pay.
Online
You have several options for paying your real estate tax online. You can pay with a check, a credit card or through your online bank account.
Check
You can pay your real estate tax online using a check with our Easy Check program.
Credit Card
You can pay your real estate tax with a major credit card through Official Payments Corporation however there is a nominal fee associated with this transaction. [Learn more about Official Payments fees]
Online Banking
You can pay your real estate tax through your online bank account. When you use this method to pay taxes, please include all tax account numbers with your payment information.
By Mail
Payment may be made by check, certified check or money order and sent to one of the addresses below. If you would like a receipt, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
