Formal bids and proposals must be sealed and submitted according to the terms and conditions published in the bid. Electronic, facsimile or verbal submittals are not acceptable. 

Bidders and Offerors are cautioned to assure they have the latest edition before submitting. The recipient of any downloaded documents from this web site takes full responsibility for checking on any subsequent addenda. Addenda will be added to the web site, but are subject to be twenty-four hours in arrears. The City takes no responsibility for informing recipients of changes to original documents. It is the bidder’s/offeror’s responsibility to check with Purchasing to assure that they have copies of all addenda.

The electronic versions of our bids/proposals are intended to provide convenience to you. This will allow you to browse, read and/or download (most of) them. You may submit responses to us via sealed envelope only. The master printed copy of the solicitation as retained in the Purchasing Department’s solicitation file shall be considered the original. Changes made by bidders/offerors will have no effect upon the specifications, but must be fully noted on the exception page(s) submitted with the bid/proposal.
