Vendor Registration, Bidder Registration, Register To Do Business With The City.

UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY REQUIREMENT: Applicant MUST PROVIDE the City of Newport News Finance Department with a copy of an IRS Form "W-9". Complete and fax the completed form to the Finance Department at 757-926-8894 (Failure to provide a W-9 may result in witholding of payments to you).

Submitting a Federal W-9 is not in place of completing a City of Newport News New Business Registration Form; both documents are required. The W-9 form must be faxed to the Finance Department as directed above; the City's New Business Registration Form should be submitted electronically via this website.

NEW REGISTRATION: If you have not previously registered as a vendor with the city and would like to do so, please complete the New Business Registration Form (See additional Federal requirement above).

TO UPDATE YOUR EXISTING REGISTRATION: If you previously registered and need to make changes or corrections, please send us an email with your requested changes. (Be sure to include contact information so that we can contact you if we have any questions).
