The Recycling Office provides a free, classroom-based environmental education program that is correlated to the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) to help students, grades kindergarten through 12, learn about pollution prevention to include recycling and litter prevention.

The Recycling Office provides a free, classroom-based environmental education program that is correlated to the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) to help students, grades kindergarten through 12, learn about pollution prevention to include recycling and litter prevention.
Classroom presentations are 30 to 45 minutes in length designed for approximately 30 students per presentation. The classroom presentations are booked according to availability.
To set up a classroom presentation at your school, call the Assistant Recycling Coordinator at (757) 269-2872.
