Backyard Collection for the Physically Disabled
Residents who are temporarily or permanently disabled are eligible to receive backyard garbage and recycling collection, if no other able bodied person resides in the household.

| To receive an application for backyard collection, call the Solid Waste Office at 757-269-2874 and one will be mailed to you, or you may download an application in pdf format. A physician's certificate is required as a part of the application process. |
