| This program was authorized by City Council in the spring of 1998. This program is designed to follow lake-dredging operations with re-vegetation and aeration of the lake. This is a long-term initiative involving citizen participation through Lake Associations. The introduction of certain aquatic species to the lake will help to mitigate annual algae blooms. |
