Automated telephone system down

Library’s automated telephone system not operating

Library patrons who normally receive automated telephone calls informing them of the status of their library materials will not be receiving those calls because of equipment failure.

Library patrons who normally receive automated telephone calls informing them of the status of their library materials will not be receiving those calls because of equipment failure.

The Newport News Public Library System’s iTiva telephone system is not available. Library patrons will continue to receive email notifications and are encouraged to sign up for the email option. Patrons may also call their Library to check on their materials.
