Newport News residents can swim for free on Community Pool Wednesdays, June 22 – August 31 from 12 noon – 8:00 p.m., at the following community pools: Boys & Girls Club (629 Hampton Avenue, 247-1364), Village Green Community Association (713 Village Green Parkway, 249-1556), and Wendwood Pool Association (320 Dominion Drive, 249-9000.

Participants must show proof of residency, follow the rules of each individual pool, and fill out the required registration forms. Adult supervision is required. The programs is open on a first come, first served basis – pool capacity is limited (no groups please).
