Criminal Intelligence Form Submission

Provide anonymous tips regarding a crime against kids (under the age of 18)

Terrorism / Suspected Terrorist Activity:

a. Do you know or suspect someone of belonging to a foreign terrorist group, such as Al-Qa’ida, Hamas, Hizb’allah or a domestic extremist group? If so, please provide the suspect(s) name, physical description, address, telephone number(s), and e-mail.

b. Do you know of anyone watching activities, taking notes, using maps, binoculars, etc, near key facilities, such as military installations, seaport terminals, electric power stations, bridges, railroads, airport, City Hall, police or sheriff facilities?

c. Do you know of people taking still pictures or video, sometimes discreetly, of any of the key facilities described-above from unusual locations, such as from under a bridge? If so, please describe:

d. Have you seen people loitering in non-public areas around key facilities described-above? If so, please explain:

e. Are you aware of anyone who does not appear to belong in the neighborhood, business, or near a key facility described-above? If so, please describe:

f. Are you aware of anyone attempting to gain information in person, by telephone, mail, e-mail, or any other electronic medium regarding a key facility described-above or its personnel? If so, please describe:

g. Are you aware of people timing the arrival or departure of public transportation, such as buses, trains or aircraft? If so, please describe:

h. Are you aware of people who ask detailed questions about the schedules of public transportation in the area that seems to go beyond what is available on published schedules? If so, please describe:

i. Are you aware of anyone improperly attempting to acquire explosives, weapons, ammunition, dangerous chemicals, uniforms, badges, access or ID cards for key facilities described-above? If so, please describe:

k. Do you know of suspicious vehicles abandoned or parked in unusual places or at unusual times? If so, please describe:

a. Do you know of anyone who is illegally obtaining or stockpiling weapons, including automatic weapons, grenades, rockets, etc? If so, please provide the suspect(s) name, physical description, address, telephone number(s), and e-mail address(es).

j. Are you aware of any behavior that appears to be a dry run for terrorist activity, such as mapping out routes, playing out scenarios with other people, monitoring key facilities, timing traffic lights, etc? If so, please describe:

c. What does the suspect(s) intend to do with the weapons?

d. What kind of groups does the suspect(s) belong to and/or who are the suspect(s) friends and associates?
