Fiscal Services & Special Projects Division

The Fiscal Operations/Special Projects section prepares and administers the annual budget; handles the payroll and personnel files for all departmental personnel; coordinates purchasing within the department; monitors budget for all units during the year. The section researches and coordinates application for federal and state grants; tracks asset forfeitures by departmental personnel; and handles other special projects as assigned by the Chief of Police.
