The Young Marines program provides discipline and leadership training for youth ages 8-17. Recruits go through a 12-week boot camp where they train physically and mentally to become leaders in their communities. The Weed and Seed Initiative brought together the partners mentioned above to provide this training for 28 youths who would not have been able to participate due to finances or transportation issues. |
