No DUI/DUID within past 5 years No Felony Convictions Must obtain a Virginia Driver's License History of financial responsibility History of responsible driving |
No felony drug possession with the past 15 years, no steroids within 5 years, no possession of marijuana within the past 24 months, and no hallucinogenic drug or substance ever
Undergo a complete background investigation No Class I or Class II Misdemeanor Convictions |
