This unit assists the operational components of the agency in the identification of crime trends and patterns. They accomplish this through the use of mainframe and WAN resident computer information extracted through both spatial and statistical analysis tools. The unit also provides operational data that is used by the agency to develop deployment plans and resource allocation models. |
