COA-05-133  5115 Huntington Avenue.  George Hankins and Linda Bordeaux.  The application was approved with modifications noting that the smaller three over 1 windows will be replaced with the same style window.  The remaining windows will be six over six double-hung windows as described in the application packet.

COA-05-134  5314 Huntington Avenue.  Applicant was not present to discuss his case.  As presented, the application did not address the need to paint or stain the fence within one year.  The request to approve the installed fence was denied on this basis.

COA-05-135  312 72nd Street.  Allan and Anna Richardson.  The application to install new siding was approved as presented.

COA-05-136  312 72nd Street.  Allan and Anna Richardson.

The Board noted that the elevations provided lacked roofline detail for an expansion of the porch.  Mr. Whitaker suggested using a concrete footer because it would make for a better-finished product, as well as protecting the main house from water intrusion.  A brick veneer on the concrete footer would nearly be identical to the original porch.

Move to accept the application as follows:

The porch will be replaced same as the original and will use tongue and groove decking.  No railing will be installed.  Brick veneer facing will be on the base and square columns will be used.

New Business.

The Board will be reviewing the Guidelines in the near future.  At that time, Mr. Shook would like to review the section regarding fencing.

Meeting Adjourned.
