Jack and Beth Taylor submitted for preliminary review a plan to replace the existing aluminum siding with vinyl siding, and to install vinyl shutters. The Board recommended a siding with a reveal matching the original wood siding, noting that the applicants were free to match the reveal of the existing aluminum siding if desired. Solid panel shutters were recommended. Staff reminded the Taylor’s that the Board’s suggestions are not binding until the application is officially approved at the October meeting.
