North End - Huntington Heights Architectural Review Board.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
Board members in attendance:

The minutes of the October meeting were approved with minor modifications.

COA-06-177 Sean Jack Marsh 348 58th Street
The Board approved this application to install a rear yard fence that may have a gate facing either or both Warwick Boulevard or 58th Street. The fence shall be stained or painted within one year of installation.

The motion to approve was unanimous.
COA-06-178 David Galinski 5500 Huntington Avenue
The Board approved this request to install storm windows on all windows of the structure located at 5500 Huntington Avenue. He also wishes to wrap the flat window trim. It was noted that the guidelines were modified in October to allow the wrapping of flat trim.
