From Norfolk/Virginia Beach:

• Follow I-64 West to I-664
• Stay on I-664 and go five miles to EXIT 26th/27th Street
• Bear to the left to 27th Street
• Go three blocks, take a right onto Wickham Avenue
• Continue on Wickham Avenue until you reach 25th Street
• Library is on the corner of 25th Street and Wickham Avenue

From Williamsburg/Richmond:

• Follow I-64 East to I-664
• Stay on I-664 and go five miles to EXIT 26th/27th Street
• Bear to the left to 27th Street
• Go three blocks, take a right onto Wickham Avenue
• Continue on Wickham Avenue until you reach 25th Street
• Library is on the corner of 25th Street and Wickham Avenue

From Chesapeake/Suffolk:  

• Take I-664, through the Monitor-Merrimac Tunnel

• Follow I-664 to the 25^th Street Exit

• Continue on 25^th Street until you reach Wickham Avenue (about 4 lights). 

• Pearl Bailey Library is on the corner of 25^th and Wickham Avenue.
