Dads Support Network
We believe that an Involved, Responsible, Committed Dad is one of the most important people in a child's life. What you do--or don't do--as a Dad can have a lasting effect on your child's life.
The Dads Support Network offers a variety of programs and resources and Dads—Dads to be—or current partners of families who are enrolled in the Newport News Healthy Families' Initiative Home Visiting Program
We provide:
- Limited free transportation
- Connection to jobs and training
- Information on health services
- Information on how to get a GED
- Individualized home visiting services
- Available housing information
- Dads support groups
- Special trainings and workshops
