Public Information
The goal of the Newport News Fire Department Public Information program is to provide timely and accurate information to members of the media and to the public.
Members of the media can call the emergency dispatch center at the non-emergency number, (757) 247-2500, and ask the fire dispatcher to page the on-call fire public information officer.
