Fire Chief Robert "R. B." Alley, III
Chief Robert “R. B.”Alley, III has 40 years of extensive experience encompassing Fire and EMS Service, including serving for eight years as the Fire Chief of College Station, Texas, and four years as District Fire Chief with the City of Virginia Beach. During his career, Chief Alley has performed roles in Fire Administration, the Fire Marshal’s Office, Emergency Management, and as Fire Safety Officer. He is an active member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and was named the 2012 Fire Chief of the Year by the Texas Fire Chiefs Association. Chief Alley has an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Additionally, he has completed the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Certification.

Assists the Fire Chief in the planning, direction, and implementation of policies, operating procedures,and guidelines for Fire Suppression, Fire Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services.

Assistant Fire Chief - EMS Operations
The responsibilities of the EMS Operations Division include: EMS communications systems coordination, Advanced Life Support Program medical components oversight, and Field evaluation for quality assurance of all emergency care personnel.

Battalion Chief- Special Operations
The responsibilities of the Special Operations Division include: Technical Rescue Team, Hazardous Materials Response Team, Marine Incident Response Team, and the Bomb Squad.
Stephen C. Pincus
Battalion Chief - Support Services
The responsibilities of the Support Services Division include: Administrative Support, Information Technology, Public Relations and Education, Occupational Health and Safety, and Research and Planning.
