Vision Insurance Page
Our vision insurance is through Vision Signature Plan (VSP).
Open enrollment is during the month of May.
Vision benefits include:
- Eye exam every 12 months
- Lenses every 12 months
- Frames every 24 months
Dependents can be covered until age 19 or age 23 if a full-time student.
All full-time employees are eligible for one free eye exam every year without signing up for VSP. This benefit covers only the employee and not his/her spouse or dependent(s).
REMINDER: Do not file your routine eye exam under your health insurance. Our vision is through the Vision Signature Plan.
