Description
This project begins at the Jefferson Avenue interchange near Patrick Henry Mall and extends westward along I-64 to where Jefferson Avenue intersects I-64 just east of the West City limits.  The project is to widen four lane divided Interstate 64 to eight lanes including two HOV lanes.  This project will include reconstruction of the Fort Eustis Boulevard interchange perhaps as a diamond interchange.
