VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MIDDLE GROUND BOULEVARD EXTENSION PRELIMINARY PLANS

These plans are unfinished, unapproved and are not for any type of construction or the acquisition of right of way.

The proposed right of way shown on this print is preliminary and is subject to change as plans are developed and design features such as, but not limited to the locations of turn lanes, potential signal pole foundations, and stormwater management basins are determined.  Locations for easements, permanent maintenance and drainage easements, and permanent utility easements are also preliminary and subject to change.  As more detailed plans are developed the final locations of these easements will be determined.

HOW TO USE THESE PRELIMINARY PLANS

The Preliminary Plan sheet, provides you an overview of the whole project from east of Jefferson Avenue (beginning with Sheet 3) to west of Warwick Boulevard (ending with Sheet 12).  The individual sheets provide details of the plans.  In order to view a detailed sheet, just click anywhere within the RED box which surrounds the sheet number you want to view.  Use the features of your PDF reader to review the plan sheet as needed
