Residential Handicapped Parking Sign Policy/Application

To apply for a handicapped parking sign(s) in front of a resident's home on a public street you must fill out the form with proof of a DMV handicapped license plate or a certificate and a doctor's statement. You can not have a driveway on your property. Please read form for more information.
