Vendor Registration, Bidder Registration, Register To Do Business With The City.

UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY REQUIREMENT:  Applicant MUST PROVIDE the City of Newport News with a copy of an IRS Form "W-9".  Complete and fax the completed form to the Finance Department at 757-926-8894 (Failure to provide a W-9 may result in witholding of payments to you).

Submitting a Federal W-9 is not in place of completing a City of Newport News New Business Registration Form;  both documents are required.  The W-9 form must be faxed to the Finance Department as directed above; the City's New Business Registration Form should be submitted electronically via this website.


NEW REGISTRATION:  If you have not previously registered as a vendor with the city and would like to do so, please complete the New Business Registration Form  (See additional Federal requirement above).

TO UPDATE YOUR EXISTING REGISTRATION:  If you previously registered and need to make changes or corrections, please call 757-926-8721.
