Architectural Services
Architect III: Bruce Wobser, RA
The Architectural Services Division accomplishes in-house design (plans and specifications), administration, inspection and quality control services related to programmed and non-programmed architectural projects in the Public Buildings and Parks categories of the City's Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). This division performs other architectural initiatives as directed by management as well as review of consultant's plans and specifications prior to bidding.
