Asheton Development Project
Project page for the development in the northern section of the City called Asheton.
The emerging Asheton project in the Greater Lee Hall area is a premier, transformational, high-quality mixed-use development with residential, office, retail space and public amenities spread over 435 acres. Construction is scheduled to commence in late 2007, with the first units available for sale in Spring 2008.
The majority of the development is residential, with a total of 1,596 units that will include 752 single family detached houses, 413 townhouses, 182 condominiums, 214 apartments and 35 live-work units. Its new urbanist land planning and design approach calls for commercial uses to be nestled in with residential portions of the project, so a total of 180,000 square feet of commercial space will be available for businesses by the completion of the entire Asheton project.
