About the Guide

The Newport News Citizen’s Guide to Services has been developed to provide you with a convenient resource to access city services and programs. The guide is designed to help you find the right City agency to answer your questions, respond to your requests and to help you solve problems. While the focus of the publication is on city services, other important public and private services are also included for your convenience. All area codes are 757 unless otherwise noted.
