A Night's Welcome (Winter Shelter Program)
Rotating shelter sites from November through March. Information on shelter sites and transportation available through the Hampton–Newport News Community Service Board (PATH Homeless Services). No referral needed. Shelter times are from 7:00pm until 7:00am. Sleep on mat on floor, meals served, and no shower services. Clients on their own during the day. Must carry items with them.
