Lease for David Boat Works, 34 Jefferson Avenue

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Newport News City Council will hold a public hearing, Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 2400 Washington Avenue, Newport News, Virginia, concerning the approval of a lease of property to Davis Boat Works, Inc. The lease to Davis Boat Works, Inc. involves 3,897 square feet of office space, together with fifteen reserved parking spaces, located at 34 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News Seafood Industrial Park, in the City of Newport News, Virginia.

City Council encourages interested persons to attend the meeting and express their views on this issue. Questions concerning this matter may be directed to the Newport News Department of Development at (757) 926-8428.
