NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Pursuant to Section 15.2 1800 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Newport News City Council will hold public hearings concerning the approval of a lease and three licenses to Office of Human Affairs, Inc., on December 13, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the items may be heard, at the Newport News City Council Chambers at 2400 Washington Avenue, Newport News, Virginia. The property to be leased is located at 392 Maple Avenue in the City of Newport News, Virginia. The three properties a portion of which will be licensed are located at 2410 Wickham Avenue, 328-30th Street and 14302 Old Courthouse Way, all in the City of Newport News, Virginia.

City Council encourages interested persons to attend the meeting and express their views on these issues. Questions concerning this matter may be directed to the Newport News Department of Development at 926-8428.
