In Building Radio Distribution Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Fire Station 5)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 15.2 1800 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Newport News City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the approval of an agreement to Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, on December 13, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the item may be heard, at the Newport News City Council Chambers at 2400 Washington Avenue, Newport News, Virginia. The property to be licensed is located at 17300 Warwick Boulevard in the City of Newport News, Virginia.

City Council encourages interested persons to attend the meeting and express their views on this issue. Questions concerning this matter may be directed to the Newport News Fire Department at 926-8404. If you will require an accommodation to participate in the meeting, reasonable accommodations can be made upon request. Please make requests to the City Clerk at least three days in advance of the meeting at 926 8634.
