J. Procyson - Advised of the sustaining nature of the RETRO group; Made a suggestion for improving "Newport News in Review" television program.
T. Budlong - Concerned about fairness in imposing Code Compliance requirement on business owners and not for City properties. Suggested selective enforcement. Expressed disappointment in how the City handled the Codes situation at his property on Jefferson Avenue (Tidewater Corvette).
C. Hogge - Spoke about the Deep Creek Pier issue. Inquired about plans for the site of the former pier. Requested a full hooking pier be included in the next City budget.
