Y. Swinton - requested assistance in finding a location for her organization.
M. Ortez - Reviewed the mission of her housing advocacy organization in helping clients with equal opportunity and fair housing issues.
G. Loose - Expressed concern about the pending changes to the City's pension plan.
K. Wynee - Spoke of the need to preserve more of the City's historical resources. Advocated for City Council's support of the City's public safety employees.
11. New Business and Councilmember Comments
City Manager - Inquired about City Council's time preference for the April 29, 2008 Budget Work Session. The City Clerk will poll members.

Scott - Congratulated the Denbigh High Troubadours. Advised of tree planting ceremony tomorrow at McIntosh School in celebration of Arbor Day. Advised that the next North District Town Meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2008.

Haskins - Commented positively on the history of the Oyster Point development.
McMillan - Complimented Parks and Recreation on preserving seeds from previous charter Oak tree. Wished Happy Birthday to Officer Whitehouse. Congratulated Webster family on their daughter receiving a four-year scholarship.
