A description of the Hampton Roads Tunnel Advisory Committee

Purpose

The Committee was formed by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to look at existing tunnels and find ways to improve the handling of traffic through these facilities. The Committee is comprised of City administrators or staff, citizens, State personnel, police personnel, and VDOT personnel.
