A description of the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board
Purpose
To act as the agent of the Cities of Hampton and Newport News in the establishment and operation of community mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse programs and to provide a system of comprehensive community mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services which are related to and integrated with existing and planned programs in the cities.

1 - Consumer or a family member of a consumer
Term of Appointment
Regional Board, therefore, unlimited three-year terms of office.
Meeting Date
The Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from September through June at 5:00 p.m. Meetings last one to two hours.
