Purpose
The Eastern Virginia Medical School is recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia as an institution of higher education created by State law, and has numerous powers as stipulated by the State.

Three years - maximum 2 terms
Meeting Date
The Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month. Meetings begin at 4:30 p.m. and last approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
