A description of the Commemoration Advisory Commission
Purpose
The Commission will evaluate requests to name or rename a City facility, using criteria established in Resolution #10560-03 and to provide Council with a formal recommendation regarding such requests.
Membership
2 - General Public Representatives From the South District
2 - General Public Representatives From the Central District
2 - General Public Representatives From the North District
5 - Ex-officio Members or Designees with Voting Rights
City Manager
Director of Planning (Chairperson)
Director of Parks, Recreation and Tourism
Director of Engineering
Director of Public Works
Term Of Office
Three Consecutive Three Year Terms of Office
Meetings
Meet at quarterly intervals, providing that there are requests to consider.
