A description of the Board of Appeals (Formerly Board of Building Code Appeals)
Purpose
This Board holds the jurisdiction on any appeal concerning the Building Code Appeals. The Board shall act on any appeal specifically provided for in the building regulations as may be established by the City Code.
Membership
State registered professional engineer
State registered architect
State registered consulting engineer
State registered Class A Electrician
State registered Class A Mechanical Contractor
Term Of Appointment
Five years
Meeting Date
There is no set time for meetings - meeting(s) determined upon request for appeal.
Compensation
$50 per official meeting attended
