Remote Access of Land Records
The Newport News Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is now offering remote access to land records including both indices and images. There is a fee for this service.

Having read the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Agreement, if you are interested in acquiring this service, please return a completed notarized application along with the appropriate subscription fee per subscriber.
If you would like to view the product before committing you are invited to do so at the clerk’s office during normal business hours. Unfortunately, Virginia law prohibits an on-line demo to the actual records without a Subscriber Agreement in place.
Records and images available via remote access are:
- Grantor/Grantee Index and Land Record Images from July 1, 1982
- Judgment Index and Images from July 1, 1990
- Financing Statements from July 1, 1991
- All Plats
