Circuit Court Local Rule 98-5 Continuance Order

VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE CITY OF NEWPORT NEWS
IN RE: CONTINUANCE ORDER

 

MEMORANDUM ORDER
LOCAL RULE 98-5

      Effective immediately, the enclosed continuance order must be completed and filed with the Court after being endorsed by all counsel.

       The Clerk of this Court is directed to mail or otherwise provide a copy of this sketch order to each counsel of record and to pro se parties.

      Pursuant to Rule 1:15, the original of this Memorandum Order shall forthwith be spread upon the Order Book and an attested copy of same shall be (1) posted in the Clerk's Office, (2) filed with the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and (3) furnished to Chesapeake, Hampton, James City County-Williamsburg, York County, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Richmond and Virginia Beach Bar Associations for dissemination.

      Entered this 26th day of March, 1998.
