Circuit Court Local Rule 98-1 Pendente Lite Order
PENDENTE LITE ORDER Effective immediately, the enclosed Pendente Lite Order must be completed after each pendente lite hearing. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail or otherwise provide a copy of this sketch order to each counsel of record and to pro se parties. Pursuant to Rule 1:15, the original of this Memorandum Order shall forthwith be spread upon the Order Book and an attested copy of same shall be (1) posted in the Clerk's Office, (2) filed with the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and (3) furnished to Chesapeake, Hampton, James City County-Williamsburg, York County, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Richmond and Virginia Beach Bar Associations for dissemination. Entered this 8th day of January, 1998.
