Capital Improvements Plan

The Newport News City Code requires that the City Manager submit a multi-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) to City Council by November 1 of each calendar year. On March 26, 2002, City Council approved a resolution approving a CIP for Fiscal Years 2002 and 2003 as found in the City's CIP for Fiscal Years 2002-2007. A copy of this resolution is provided below.
